WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CARE

Mobile-only service

This is an in-home, mobile massage therapy service. It is not clinic-based.

This section outlines key booking requirements and practical expecataions for mobile care.

Advance booking required

Appointments require advance booking. Same-day or on-demand requests are not available.

Forms required — no forms, no treatment

All required intake and consent forms must be completed by the stated deadline. Treatment cannot proceed without completed documentation.

Patient arrival & access responsibility

The patient must be present, reachable, and able to provide access at the scheduled start time, including building entry or security requirements.

Treatment space readiness

A safe, clean, and accessible space must be available for table setup 15min prior to scheduled time. Pets must be secured away from the treatment area. A clear space of approximately 10 ft x 10 ft is required for table setup and safe movement.

Parking & carry-in logistics

Reasonable parking access must be available. Any paid, restricted, or time-limited parking must be disclosed in advance. Patients are responsible for parking fees.

If stairs, long carries, or elevator access may affect setup, this must be disclosed at booking.

Environmental safety

Treatment may be declined or stopped if the environment is unsafe (e.g., ice hazards, blocked access, aggressive pets, unsanitary conditions).

Access paths, walkways, and driveways must be reasonably cleared and safe at the scheduled time. If safe access is not available, the appointment is treated as a late cancellation.

Timing & session flow (mobile context)

Mobile session timing may be affected by travel, access, or setup logistics. Session length may be adjusted where scheduling allows.

Scope boundaries

Massage therapy care involves assessment and treatment of soft tissue only. It is not diagnostic, not medical clearance, and does not replace physician care. Patients remain responsible for medical follow-up.

Adjunct tools & consent

Adjunct tools are optional and consent-based. They are not required for treatment and can be declined at any time.
