ADJUNCT TOOLS

Are tools required for treatment?

Not at all. Massage therapy can be fully effective on its own.

Adjunct tools are optional and used only when they may support comfort, tissue response, or overall tolerance during care.

What is the purpose of adjunct tools?

In some situations, tools may gently support hands-on treatment by helping tissues relax or respond more comfortably.

They are always used as part of massage therapy — never as stand-alone treatments — and are selected thoughtfully based on individual needs.

Can I choose not to use tools?

Absolutely.

Any tool use is discussed in advance, and you’re always welcome to decline or ask to stop at any time. Your comfort and consent guide every session.
