Mobile care is designed to bring high-quality Registered Massage Therapy to you — including travel, setup, and personalized clinical treatment in the comfort of your home.

All appointments are booked in advance and confirmed once required forms and payment are completed.

Session Options

  • 60-minute mobile session – Ongoing treatment sessions

  • 90-minute mobile session – Initial assessment and treatment

Session length refers to the scheduled treatment time and is not tied to specific conditions or outcomes.

What Your Fees Include

  • Travel to your home and on-site setup

  • Personalized assessment and hands-on treatment

  • Required clinical documentation and record keeping

  • Use of adjunct tools when appropriate (no additional charge)

Payment & Booking Details

To ensure dedicated time and smooth mobile scheduling:

  • Appointments are booked at least 72 hours in advance

  • Prepayment is required to reserve your session

  • Payments are securely processed through JaneApp

  • Same-day or on-demand sessions are not offered

  • Intake and consent forms must be completed by the stated deadline

  • Receipts are provided for massage therapy services

  • Insurance coverage and reimbursement depend on your individual plan

  • Direct billing is not offered

  • Cancellation and no-show policies apply (see Cancellations & Policies)
