TMJD / Jaw-Related Care — Massage Therapy Approach

Overview

Jaw discomfort and TMJD-related symptoms often involve more than the jaw alone.

Soft-tissue tension through the jaw, neck, face, and upper cervical area can influence comfort, movement, and how the body tolerates daily activity.

TMJD-focused massage therapy is provided as part of Registered Massage Therapy assessment and hands-on care, with the aim of gently supporting tissue comfort, mobility, and tolerance — not diagnosing conditions or guaranteeing outcomes.
