Travel to your home and professional setup
Assessment and hands-on treatment
Clinical documentaiton and record keeping
Optional adjunct tools when appropriate
Booking Requirements
To support smooth mobile scheduling:
Appointments are booked at least 72 hours in advance
Prepayment is required to reserve your session
Intake and consent forms must be completed before treatment
Receipts are provided for insurance submission
Direct billing is not available
